We made the rice that is low agricultoral chemicals at Yumesaki town in Himeji. that is blessed with the rich natural environment, It is to make soil that is indispensable for making delicious rice. We are making rich soil with organic fertilizer using chicken clroppings. We use agricultural chemicals t a minimum because we want to treasure charm of the former rice and make the safety rice. As we cut down agricultural chemicals, the crop of rice decreases and it takes a great deal of time and effort to cut grass. However, the rice scores 80 points (it is delicious to score more than 70 points) . Hinohikari is planted in Kyushu, Shikoku, Cyugoku,Kinki. It is a little smaller than Koshihikari, but the taste of it is about the same as Koshihikari. It is dericious when it is hot and even when it is cold. |

The eggs are said tobe "perfect foods" because they contain the balances nutriment people need. The eggs used in our store are all the fresh ones produced in our chicken farm. In our chicken farm we add to the baits three or four times as much fish powder as we usually do and produce the former eggs that are full-bodied and delicious. We mix three kinds of dried bonito chipped off, soup extracted from natural Riziri kombu and the secret thing with the natural soybean soy souce, ferment it thoroughly and arrange the taste of it. Our soy sauce is very rich in the flavor of much dried bonitoand suits the eggs and the rice very well. |
